Service Description
A virtual consultation is a great option for discussing behavior concerns, building training plans, and getting professional guidance without an in-home visit. This can be especially helpful for dogs who have fear or aggression toward strangers, or for pet parents who want to build some foundational skills before inviting a trainer into the home. For many dogs, the presence of a guest can be enough to interrupt learning. Virtual sessions allow your dog to stay in a familiar, low-stress environment so we can focus on building skills and confidence without added pressure. If this sounds like your dog, this is a great place to start strengthening your relationship and creating a solid foundation before transitioning to in-home support. Virtual sessions are also a great option for clients outside of my immediate service area. I can coach you in real time from your home, guiding you through training and behavior work step by step. My goal is to help you build a relationship-based foundation with your dog—one that you can carry, apply, and build on long-term, no matter where you are. During this session, I’ll review your dog’s history, observe behavior when possible, and provide clear, practical guidance you can start implementing right away. You’ll leave with actionable next steps and a better understanding of how to move forward. Please note: Virtual sessions are more limited in scope compared to in-home assessments, as I’m not able to fully observe your dog’s environment or provide hands-on coaching. For more complex behavior concerns, an in-home assessment may be recommended.
Cancellation Policy
📋 Etiquette Package Policy ✔️ Package Commitment: This package includes 6 private, one-hour sessions focused on building your dog’s everyday manners and polite behavior at home and out in the world. Consistency is key — please plan to complete all sessions within 2–3 months for the best results. ✔️ Location & Pricing: Rates vary by area to fairly cover travel time and mileage: Tacoma/Pierce County: $350 total Seattle/King County: $525 total (includes additional travel time & mileage) Seattle/King County etiquette sessions are available Wednesdays & Fridays only. Please select the correct location when booking. Please note: Prices are subject to change and are not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed. ✔️ Travel Area: I currently serve clients in Pierce and King Counties. If you live outside these areas, please reach out — I’m happy to discuss options and availability. ✔️ Scheduling & Rescheduling: Appointments must be scheduled in advance. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations (under 48 hours) may be counted toward your package. ✔️ Additional Sessions: If you’d like more help after your 6 lessons, additional single sessions or follow-up packages are always available to keep your dog’s good manners on track! ✔️ Refunds: Due to the nature of training, refunds are not offered once sessions have started. However, I’m committed to working closely with you to adjust plans and timelines as needed. Questions?
