Guiding Tails Refund Policy
At Guiding Tails, your experience and your dog’s well-being are our top priorities. Training is a collaborative process, and results depend on consistency, practice, and participation from the handler.
Guiding Tails reserves the right to refuse service or end services at any time for safety or policy reasons. Refunds, if any, will be issued at our discretion in accordance with Washington State law.
Refunds & Cancellations

Payments for private sessions, packages, and programs are non-refundable once service has been rendered.

Pre-paid sessions or packages may be refunded if canceled at least 48 hours before the first scheduled session, minus a 20% administrative fee.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.
Board & Train Programs

Deposits are non-refundable.

If a program must be canceled more than 14 days before the start date, payments (excluding deposit) may be refunded minus a 20% administrative fee.

Cancellations within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable.
Rescheduling

Private sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability.
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific results. Success depends on the dog’s temperament and the owner’s commitment to following training plans and guidance.
